Software Update for Grand Videoke

Please download the latest software version ang update your Grand Videoke unit to improve GV Smart App performance and security.

Applicable for the following Grand Videoke Models: Symphony SE Pro Plus, Symphony 3 Pro, Symphony 3 Pro Plus, Rhapsody 3 Pro and Rhapsody 3 Pro Plus.

HOW TO UPDATE

Download and extract the file. File Size: 33.86MB
Copy and paste the file to the USB drive.
Once completed, eject the USB properly.
Plug the USB to the Grand Videoke unit and turn on the unit.
NOTE: If the unit is on, turn it off first before plugging the USB.
Update will be automatically in progress for 1-2 minutes.
Once the update is complete, the Grand Videoke unit will restart automatically.
